Many of the people I work with don’t have a problem getting themselves to work out.
Not so when it comes to stretching or mobility.
And yet when it comes to being stuck in your body… lack of mobility is one of the biggest culprits.
One of the best ways to shift this is to have a short mobility sequence or flow that you can go through once or twice a day.
